Pointelle Knit V‑Neck Button Short Sleeve Top

All successfully paid and confirmed apparel orders will go through internal verification, stock sorting, quality inspection and secure packaging procedures within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and official public holidays in New Zealand. During peak sales seasons or periods of surging order volume, the standard processing schedule may be moderately extended. Our customer service team will deliver formal notifications to clients promptly if any noticeable dispatch delays occur.

Logistics fees are calculated individually for each order based on package weight, dimensional specifications and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed and finalized on the checkout page before customers complete payment. Our standard shipping service for all fashion garments features an estimated delivery cycle of around 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. All delivery timelines serve as reference values only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier operational delays, cross-border customs clearance procedures, extreme weather events, regional logistical restrictions and public holidays worldwide.
